The 3.15.0 benchmark baseline (PR #1702) folds the previously-exempted 3.12.0/3.13.0 dataflow/no-op/full-build timing deltas and the erlang 0% resolution drop into the baseline, so dev-vs-3.15.0 comparisons no longer flag them. With package.json at 3.15.0, all 11 entries were >1 minor version behind and tripped the 'KNOWN_REGRESSIONS entries are not stale' guard. Empty the set and trim the orphaned per-entry analysis.
