Node 20 is deprecated on GitHub Actions runners.

This repo is documented as no longer accepting issues and pull requests. There's a version of this change in https://codeberg.org/mlugg/setup-zig/pulls/55. @mlugg it would probably be good to turn off pull requests in this repo to avoid this confusion. |

Node.js 20 is deprecated on GitHub Actions runners (forced to 24 from 2026-06-16). Bumps the action runtime to node24 to silence the deprecation warning.
