Assessment: 🟢 APPROVE
This documentation-only PR adds a clear and accurate callout to the troubleshooting guide explaining the 10-second startup tool-listing timeout for unresponsive MCP servers. All factual claims were verified:
- Timeout value (10 seconds) matches the feature introduced in #3154
- Debug flag (
--debug) matches project conventions - Recovery command (
/toolset-restart) matches existing docs - Callout markdown structure is consistent with other callouts in the file
- Behavioral description (skipping unresponsive toolsets, sidebar resolving with partial results, no infinite spinner) accurately reflects the feature
No issues found.

Adds a callout to the troubleshooting guide explaining the 10-second per-toolset tool-listing timeout introduced in #3154.
When a MCP server does not respond to
tools/listat startup, docker-agent now skips it after 10 s and lets the sidebar resolve with whichever toolsets loaded successfully. The callout tells users what to expect, where to find the warning (--debug), and how to recover (/toolset-restart).PR reviewed: #3154 (fix: bound per-toolset tool listing during startup)
