I've updated the Python script to accept the module name as argument instead. When I run it e.g. with MyFoo, the name is not applied correctly (lowercase vs. uppercase) at some places. I'll have another look at this next time.
Also I'd like to make a PHP script out of the Python script, as we don't require a working Python install for BIIGLE. This is probably easy using an AI.

I updated the instructions in README.md to be more user friendly for new users and added a script that does all the renaming for them as this is one of the more tedious things to do.
