fix: resolve profile stores in daemon tool calls

Summary

• open daemon project handshakes through the full registry-aware project resolver instead of the synchronous marker-only initialized check
• preserve first-touch init behavior after an open attempt fails
• add daemon regressions for markerless profile-sharded stores and renamed checkouts resolved by git remote identity

• cargo fmt --check
• cargo test --test tool_daemon_test -- --nocapture
• cargo test --test profile_storage_migration_test ensure_initialized_with_options_uses_registered_remote_store -- --nocapture
• cargo build
• patched isolated daemon verified against /home/zack/.config/superpowers/worktrees/rsbuild-plugin-react-router/codex-effectts-scheduling: status returned codex/effectts-scheduling branch DB instead of no-index
